Inspired by the delightful legend of the Brindle Cuckoo the Brindle Distillery is a charming independent distillery nestled in the countryside’s of Lancashire, in the historical village of Brindle.
The most stand out feature of the Brindle Distillery is that all the raw materials used to make their gin are grown on their very own farm or are locally sourced, (even the water they use is from a local artisan aquafer) and to top it all off they use only ethically and sustainably sourced botanicals. Does it get more home grown than that? We think not.
We've taken our Lowry Hotel honey and combined it with Brindles distilling know-how to create The Lowry Gin. Coming soon!
